Years ago, I spent a lot of time researching nutrition and heath. Sometimes there's a disconnect between knowing what you should be eating and actually being able to get the proper food into your system. While I don't hit the drive through on a regular basis, chopping and chopping vegetables and preparing nutritious food can take a lot of time out of my day. I work at home, so my schedule isn't as hectic as some people's are, but there were days when I did work out of the home where I'd forget to eat before going to work (and that's a bad thing). Sometimes I forget to eat breakfast and lunch (although I can eat when I want, but still, it does take time to prepare something nutritious).

This book looks like it can help people who forget to eat, who are rushed, or who mindlessly grab food. The book looks well-written and easy to understand.
