I think this is a really interesting way to think about the term 'hangry'. Usually when I think about the term I think more about just being hungry than the actual ripple effects of the concept. I think that this book, when fully released will bring some light to the subject to food and food culture in the west. I just hope that maybe somewhere later in the book other cultures are also discussed at length since the comparision between Western ideas around food and other cultures would be really interesting.
