A concept I agree with, don't think I'd read the whole book

I think this is an interesting topic, but it's not one I could see myself reading a whole book about. Maybe it's because I've already figured out what foods and what amounts of foods make me feel satisfied and nourished, or because I know what kinds of snacks to have on hand to keep me from getting hangry (even if I don't prepare as well as I should all the time) - the first few pages were a good reminder that yes, the food you eat and the amount of food you eat affects your mood...but beyond that, I just didn't feel curious about diving in much farther.
