This book is gentle, as it is strong, This book is well researched, and opens my eyes into the events in 1970s Iran, and the struggles that people-- especially women-- went through during this time. This is a must read for so many reasons-- women's rights, history of the world, and human rights. Can't wait to continue this poignant book!!!
