The cover is too cartoonist and contrasts too much with the somber, depressing introduction and opening chapter. I like the title. I found the First Look depressing and maybe too soon, since we're all still dealing with the illness trifecta. There's a place for grief-laden memoirs, but it's not in my bookshelf.
