Despite the title, there's a lot of depth here

I really wasn't sure what to expect given the title and the down-home-iness implied therein. This book is decidedly not for me, but I deeply appreciate the focus on care for aging and elderly folks (and hope it also goes into how US society ignores disabled folks as well as aging folks).
