This excerpt was a little too short for me to get a sense of this book. While it sounds like the author’s mother had an interesting life, I’m hoping for more focus on what it felt like for her to lose a loved one to Covid 19. I haven’t seen or read other books about what people experienced during this horrible pandemic.
