I'm still processing this emotional read
I finished this a few days ago, and I am still processing my emotions. This is one of those truly EMOTIONAL books that will make you feel everything and I'm not even a huge fan of romance. This was an exception of me. Even though its an old cliche, two friends who go to lovers in a small town, it still will pull at your heart.
What I loved about the book was that the romance didn't happen overnight. In fact, it seems like it was there all along. Timing is a huge theme in this book. Redemption is also a theme in this book as I feel like it is with most books that take place in a small town. It's harder to hide in a small town and people have a harder time forgiving mistakes that may have been done in someone's youth.
Powerful and moving novel. This is a must read!
