Ladies and Gents, grab some tissues for this one. I’m a fan of the romance section, but sometimes it gets this really drawn out tempo where it’s like they all get a copy paste vibe. Insert broody man, inserts damsel, insert sexy time and last insert cheese drama that makes them not able to get together.
Yes this one sorta followed the foot steps of those before it. BUT this one was layered like an onion and you just felt for the characters stronger, the father is struck with the medical condition that makes him forget, and it takes a toll on the reader as you watch a man whose the black sheep of his family take the blame for everything done and a woman whose loved him since childhood help him lift his chin and realize he doesn’t need to go through it all alone. It was sweet, romantic, hopeful and full of everything you’d want in a story and more. Definitely need to check more of the authors work out ASAP.
