I'm not entirely sure why this first look starts with Chapter 3, but it's pretty easy to figure out that Camden isn't wanted back at home by his father. It's also pretty easy to figure out that his family has had some difficult times and that Camden thinks (and isn't entirely wrong) that people in the community blame him for the death of his younger brother. Otherwise, this feels kind of nebulous. And I still don't love what I know is going to end up being in large part a romance novel being told from both sides of the relationship.
