That cover drew me to the book as soon as I saw it! it is gorgeous and shiny and just asking to be picked up.
This book has your typical "I did something wrong and swore never to come home again!" feel right at the start but the more I read, the more I want to know. Cam is the banished but now returned son of a man that called for him to come home yet now does not want him near. What happened that made him reach out for his son who he swore would never step foot in his house again?
The other side of the story is told by Willow, the love left behind by the dead brother of Cam. I'm a big fan of having more than one narrator because I like to hear stories from different perspectives. Willow brought even more mystery to the story right at the start: What did she have in her bedroom that she is now nervous to show to Cam? How will he react?
I cannot wait to read this book. It already sounds like a great story!
