I read a book called Tiffany Blues from this site, was just a tidbit of the story to wet your whistle and draw you in, it ended up being a very good book, and I see the same thing with this first impression of Great and Precious Things. Those of us who have handled the care of an aging parent feel for Xander, and those of us who are of a military family background know the pain of war and what it can do to families when a death occurs. I can't imagine the pain Cam is going through, and to be blamed for his brother's death is just horrifying. This book will prove to be very emotional, so buckle your seatbelts and lets go for a ride. Can't wait to read the full story.
