A few others have written about the First Impression excerpt starting on Chapter 3, yes, it was a bit odd but I tossed that aside and tried to get into the setting, the characters and thought that overall, the premise and promise of being a really good, tear jerker novel is there. Personally it didnt grab me and hold my attention, it was a very usual storyline, done before so I dont want to read anymore but others who like this sort will probably.
