I found the dialogue to be quite choppy, with things happening that weren't being described so I had to try and piece it together myself. I also wasn't always sure about who was speaking. Being thrown in at chapter 3, and still having so much telling happening, was also a bit jarring.
That said, the two chapters presented a very compelling story, with some interesting characters, that I'm intrigued to read more about!
