The story is typical in the way that teenagers hang out together and do things that teens try to get away with. While their parents try to keep track of them. There are a few disturbing things in this book. Trigger warning: abusive of children.
I think the story was well written. I had trouble reading the disturbing scenes. I know they were placed there to show what an awful childhood the killer had had. I guessed who the killer was long before the name was revealed. I did enjoy this story!
