Even before the first chapter, it was enthralling! The crime when it came was grisly and bizarre. I like the background given to the detective- we are aware of his vulnerabilities too. That promises to be a roller coaster read. Small towns are well knit and an event of this magnitude will shake up the entire community. Can’t wait to get into how this murder is solved and the relationships that are effected.
