I like the moodiness to the cover to give it the sullen mysterious look. The setting is serene and then you throw in a murder to really ignite things in a small town! I like that the characters are both single parents that end up working together to solve the murders while also protecting their children from being a victim of this killer, maybe this leads into a blended family?! Sometimes I really like if there is a happyish ending even if it is in the mystery/thriller genre.
