Granite Harbor by Peter Nichols has a beautiful cover that makes me just want to be in Maine in the story setting. However, after reading the First Look I'm not so sure I would like to be in that place. I enjoyed meeting Isabel, Alex and teenagers Jared, Ethan, Shane, and Sophie. I look forward to reading the rest of the book and finding out the details of the murder(s) and how all of these characters' lives intersect. Based on the First Look, I would give this book four stars.
