The cover is what grabbed me, honestly. It’s just mysterious enough to catch your attention but not not overly done enough to make you want to pass. The amount of detail about characters that was put in to set the scene made it take a minute to really get into, but with it being mysterious it was necessary. Just when you get rolling and into the action they cut you off knowing full well you want to keep reading to truly find out what evil has made it to the small town. I think this book has great potential, I’m picky and it was a page turner to me.
