I am hooked on this murder mystery! A small town in Maine is rocked by the gruesome murder of a young boy one day. You can tell the lives of the teenagers in the story will intertwine as the mystery continues and more murders occur. While the frog coming out of the boy’s incision was graphic, I want to read on to see if this is a calling card of the murderer. I’m also interested to see if Alex’s past as an author will play a role in solving the murder(s) and if Isabel’s historical acting will play a role too.
On the cover, I think it’s incredibly creative that the “I”’s match the style of the incision in the first murder. It really sets the scene for the story ahead.
