The first couple of chapters read very quickly - I'm definitely hooked! Enjoyed both point of view characters (the detective and the mom of one of the boys), and was intrigued by (what I assumed to be) the perspective from the killer as well. Cover definitely gives "small New England town vibes". Not sure how gruesome the story will end up being, but definitely interested in reading further.
