I would just like to take a moment to explain to you how beautiful this book is. The cover just draws you in! It’s vibrant metallic colors make you brain think you need to read it right away. I was worried that this book wouldn’t be for me because it’s about an all girl K-pop band. But in reality it was a pretty good thriller. There are three girls in a band, but tragedy strikes them just as they’re climbing to the top. One of the band members commits suicide (trigger warning) leaving the other two band members with nothing and officially ending everyone’s careers leaving the living members estranged. After several years go by, the two remaining band members, end up, competing against each other to become K-pop stars again. But hidden in these pages is a tale of friendship, and these friends will do anything for each other, including putting themselves in harms way.
