Judging from the synopsis of 'Gorgeous Gruesome Faces', Sunny did win a spot at the workshop though the First Look left me hanging. I would love to know how the story unfolds. I am also anxious to hear more of the backstory between Sunny, Candice and Mina. I have enjoyed previous YA stories of Asian pop culture groups, though I suspect this story may get into the macabre. The cover probably wouldn't prompt me to pick up the book but the First Look did reel me in.
