So after reading the premise, I initially thought this was going to be a fun YA thriller, but after reading the first few chapters, I don't think it is for me. I honestly can't tell if this has some fantasy vibes to it as the reference things changing after a "ritual." I hope it doesn't because that would ruin the book I think.
