I’m not going to lie. The cover and title are complete turnoffs for me. And despite the alluring suspense aspect, the synopsis has its fair share of cheesiness, which made me think this one wasn’t for me. The narrator feels authentic, though, and I find that fairly inviting. I don’t think I’ll be running out to secure a copy for myself, but I might consider giving this a try down the line.
