I'm not really a big reader of biographies or memoirs but since this book showed up on on my doorstep I decided to give it a shot after reading the blurb. Plus it had a dog on the cover so why not!
I tried to get into this book but I had a very hard time connecting to the story. I felt that the introduction was way too long. I found the writing to be choppy and all over the place. As much as I wanted to like this book it sadly didn't work out in my favor. I do applaud the author for writing this book about their journey and transition.
