This was such a great book! It’s one of those books that you read and when you finish you realize that it came to you at the perfect time in your life and you didn’t know you needed this book. Not only is Good Boy a memoir of Jennifer Finney Boylan’s life, but it’s a wonderful story about love and how it prevails above all, and also about dogs and how they teach us to love and other important life lessons. I adore the stories that were told in each Chapter, and how intimate details of Jennifer’s like were shared, as if taking a peek into a window at a specific time of her life. This book speaks volumes and will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope to have such wonderful memories of dogs in my life too!
