I was immediately drawn to this book because I love dogs. My dog is a soon-to-be-10-year-old Goldendoodle named Zoey. I'm currently in college and away from my dog in my hometown. I miss seeing her and playing with her every day, so this book preview really resonated with me. I grew up with Zoey, so I can relate to how the author can connect her life to those of her dogs.
