I love the cover - I am a dog lover myself and still miss my dog, Blue. I read the First Look and can relate to the promise the author made her dog, Indigo. I can also relate to that feeling of looking for your dog when you know she's passed on. I still look for mine.
I think this book would be wonderful for dog lovers, and I'd suggest keeping a box of tissues close by. I laughed about her dog covered in flour and I cried reading about her last day with Indigo.
