I don't like books or even movies that circulate around a certain animal's life, it's just not my favourite genre of entertainment. I also never read memoirs because I don't find them interesting. Pretty much, if there's no magical witches, mysterious killer on the loose or even just an adventure filled story that outlines the life of a "chosen" teenager, then I most likely will not read it or enjoy it.
I think the concept is clever and that from what I read the author's story is touching and real, so if you do enjoy that kind of thing, I hope you enjoy this!
