I have never been more hyped for old nostalgia. The Lunar Chronicles was one of my middle school favs, so it is safe to say I am HYPED for this new release, especially because after this first look, it seems like Marissa is really leaning on a Naomi Novik-like fairytale retelling instead of like a sci-fi version. Granted, I have not read Heartless, but this is the story for me.
I'm already obsessed with Serilda! Storyteller main characters that veer onto slightly compulsive liars/ embellishers is just something I simply adore. She already seems like a strong, vivid character, and I cannot wait to see how she exactly gets caught up into this world. She's already tricked the riders once... what'll happen next?
