First of all I love Marissa Meyer’s books they are amazing! Absolutely loved heartless and hearing she is making a retelling of rumpelstilskin, wow! I’m without words. I need this book in my life. I am so excited to read it and share it with my friends, because I know it will be an amazing book that has to be in everyone’s must read lists.
With Meyer’s retellings she shows us the other side of the coin to the villains story and makes us emphatize with and understand them better. Serilda seems like a dreamy young girl that will fight for what she believes and hope to find the truth in her journey. And I can’t wait to accompany her through it all!
Lastly, to finish my first impression. Amazing cover art! Meyer’s covers never disappoint to bring creativity and magic to her book’s awestrucking covers. The way it represents all of the pivotal elements of the story all together and as you advance in the story you get to understand and identify different key parts of it through the cover is just wonderful! The mix of colors, art and font present in the cover just makes it breathtaking!
