This is my first experience with author Marissa Meyer and I'm so excited to finish reading Gilded and jump into some of her other published works. Gilded is such a clever twist on a classic tale we've all heard as children. It has a whimsical and intriguing feel that draws you right in. You immediately want to know how it plays out for Serilda; who seems to be a natural born story teller herself.
