Leaves me curious. I like the way the author told us about the two characters in he beginning. We don’t know exactly who the gentleman is but we suspect. The woman is a complete mystery. Our interest is piqued. Who is he, a Detective? But why is he following her instead of his business quest? I am interested in finding more about the story behind the two characters.
Now the airplane that crashed, was the woman supposed to be on it? Or so the man with her thought. Was this mystery man responsible for the crash? So many questions I ask with so little information. I think I would like to read the book.
The author did well to grab my interest in the first few pages. If I don’t like a book in these few pages I will not read it.
