This book has a little bit of everything. A little socialite elite teenager lifestyle reminiscent of the best days of Gossip Girl, some mob/gang/seedy underground influences, a unique magic/power system, and a fairly well-done friends to enemies to lovers romance arc. I only gave it 4 stars because, for me, it took about 10 chapters to really get into, but now that I have finished it I cannot wait for the next installment. Run to get your copy when it is officially released on June 20th.
