I was surprisingly impressed by this First Impression. Usually I'm not one for romance but I was hooked by the first line. It seems this story will have a nice blend of magic and fantasy to accompany a well-developed fictional world. Marlow seems like an incredibly nuanced character, which I often feel is lacking is most conventional romances. I loved the cover as well!
