Frizzy had been recommended to me for a while and I really am happy to have finally read it. There were so many touching moments. It was quite emotional and did a great job of sharing Marlene’s story.
I really loved her aunt and could’ve read a whole graphic novel set at her apartment.
The illustrations were so bright and fun and really helped aide in the story. I love when a graphic novel can be used to tell an important and meaningful story and I think this one especially would be great for people of all ages. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone.
