Okay so Claribel is already an author I absolutely love, and when I saw she was writing a book about embracing curly hair, I knew I needed it. Growing up with straight hair being the beauty standard, I always have, and still do, struggled with embracing my natural hair. This is a book I wish I had as a kid, but am so grateful to have now.
