This book...holy moly. From the excerpt, I anticipated a YA romance that was maybe a little cliche but still enjoyable. That's where we started, but then it took some turns and this book went into a little bit of everything and it did so in a very well-thought-out manner. We started out with a teenage boy falling in love, but we ended on such a different note. This story addressed real issues. It made me cry. It made me laugh. It made me feel giddy. By the end, I felt like I had watched Frank grow up. I loved his character development. I love that Yoon knew how to ease into different scenarios without making the storyline seem choppy or make it seem like other parts of the book were irrelevant. Everything in this book was as it should be. I'm usually nit-picky with YA romance, but I really loved this book!
