I really enjoyed the pace of the book like we aren’t jumping into a random place in the characters lives and not have any idea what’s going on. I love the fact that the author is taking time with each of the characters and giving us a perspective on each of them. I really want to continue this book because of the diversity outlook. The writing style is very interesting as well and the pacing is very moderate. I really enjoy the main character Frank and how he is telling the story as he goes along with his life but, also trying to give us some backstory to what his life has been like up to the point where the novel starts. Having Korean American individuals in my family I feel as if I connect to Frank the most.
