I am so excited about this book! It reminds me so much of To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, an incredibly popular book that I loved that has made me love the fake dating trope featured in this book. I am also very excited that this is the first book of Nicole Yoon’s first husband! I have loved her books and am certain that I will love his as well. I am very intrigued to see how Frank and Joy’s relationships end up. I also am interested to learn more about the Korean culture, as it seems like it will have a heavy influence on this book and the characters’ families, and as it is admittedly something idk t know much about, I am sure I am very interested in learning more about it.
I don’t dislike the cover of this book, but I do wish that it has more to do with the book since it is just plain text on a plain background. Adding some relevant details would make it more interesting to look at and intriguing, although the blurb by Jodi Picoult was a big selling point for me, as she is an author that I love and look up to.
