I absolutely love the cover, which caught my attention immediately. The title also piqued my interest, so I read more. The premise of the story is perfect for teens. As a HS English teacher, I know the "pranks" kids pull, and this is right in line. And I'm dying to know how it turns out, does he fall in love with his "fake" girlfriend? Does he acknowledge his cultural beliefs and understand his parents wishes? Is it a story of we want what we can't have? Or does he end up with the white, American against "all odds"?
