I don't read much YA fiction, but I'm certainly able to spot great writing - and this is great writing. I love the humorous flare of the author's storytelling style. The story feels relatable, despite the fact that I'm not Korean or an immigrant. If you enjoy YA fiction, I would definitely recommend this one.
