Feeling different in school is nothing new to anyone but when you add in the pressures of race and culture, especially one so insular, I can’t imagine the pressure. That’s why I want to see more. I want to understand.
The writing is very conversational which I love. Very easy to get into the characters. When you’re interested in the characters the rest is cake
