A humorous, cringe-inducing, love story that I couldn't stop reading.

FRANKLY IN LOVE starts out with a heart-touching letter from the author. And that sets the tone for the entire book.

You follow Frank, his American name, as he's nearing the end of high school, passing tests and wishing for the perfect girlfriend. Loon writes with a lot of humor and you'll laugh along with Frank as you learn of his family and the 'gatherings' he has to attend. But Loon also writes with heart as you feel Frank's longing for his disowned sister and the language-gulf between him and his father.

This excerpt is quite exceptional. The writing is smooth and the characters are incredibly real, and it is interesting to read a romance from a male author.

This book is officially on my TBR list!
