This is an interesting story, told from many perspectives. Each character with a completely different back ground and hierarchical status. I did however find the beginning a big dry and hard to follow but I found that this changed as I read further into the excerpt. I enjoyed reading this excerpt and found that it was not at all what I had expected from reading the books description. It is definitely a book I would love to finish as it became quite captivating and appealing and I seem drawn to the characters wanting to know their story and their background more! Over all I really enjoyed reading this excerpt and recommend it to anyone that like a book based on different characters perspective with a twist of history mixed in.
