I loved this book, it had amazing character development and the story pace was very well done. I was able to finish the book after two days but that is my typical pace for books I can’t put down. It was a huge roller coaster of emotions throughout the whole thing and I couldn’t wait to see how it ended. The beginning started out very strong and kept its hold on me from the first line although the ended did feel a tad bit rushed. I wasn’t able to guess all the plot twists this book would make which really surprised me! The cover is very simple but I love it so much. Building a fantasy world can be really hard to do and it can be harder for the readers to understand but this author tackled it quite well making the book even better. Some of the characters end up blurring the lines between right and wrong and have a depth to them that make them feel real and like you are on this journey with them.
