Of course this is just an impression I got from reading the first part of the book. So I am beginning by stating that I don’t think you can get form a full opinion until the book is officially finished. (obviously).
One of my least favorite perspectives for an author to
write is the two person narrative when every other chapter is a different storyline I find it hard to connect with either and get confused or bored with one and Dread finishing chapters because I know the next will be a story I feel no connection to and am bored by. Whith this book I felt no different. I found myself incredibly bored with one storyline and not understanding why including that perspective was necessary to the story line at all but I will read the rest and I have hope I will enjoy how the plot unfolds
