Four Dead Queens is a high stakes murder mystery full of twists and turns and set in a queendom divided into four distinct quadrants all with very different values. One day a thief steals and views a message she shouldn’t have, one with potentially disastrous consequences for the queendom, and it lands up to her and the messenger she stole from to figure out what happened and do something about it. The point of views of the four queens interspersed within the story up the intrigue and stakes, leaving the reader with no choice but to read on and discover who killed the queens.
The world building was really intriguing, and I hope we read more books set in this world. I also liked the characters a good amount though I wish the queens were alive :P
