Fantasy is just typically not my genre. I am just not interested in the world building so they usually bore me. I am very much in the minority on this and that's fine, but unless it just grips me from the first line, I typically don't bother with fantasy and this one is no exception. Of course, that is nothing against this book or genre, just my personal reading preference.
